All pieces are hand made to order. Based on the complexity of the piece, orders may take 4-6 weeks prior to shipping. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the timing of your order or to inquire about rush order options.

USPS Priority Mail - Domestic shipping within 1-3 business days
USPS Priority Mail International - International standard shipping
Fedex Expedited Shipping - Available Upon Request for domestic or international shipping. Please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange for FedEx shipping.

Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges within 2 weeks of receiving your item. Please contact us as to make return arrangements. 

Items must be returned undamaged and in their original condition.

The Materials used by Fait Main Hand Made are natural and therefore will vary in shape, size, and color. Each piece is completely handmade and thus will have variations that result in uniquely individual finished products. We hope you enjoy the beauty of these natural materials.
